Mona received the B.S. degree in information systems from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2008, and the M.S. degree then PhD. in Information Systems from the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Ain Shams University, in 2017 and 2023 respectively. Currently, by leading team of Robot Shams, a humanoid robotic nurse, Mona brings a unique blend of academic insight and real-world innovation to the field of healthcare robotics. Passionate about empowering others through knowledge-sharing and mentoring, she is committed to using education and technology as drivers of impactful, human-centered innovation. Her research interests include machine learning, natural language processing, speech recognition, and audio processing.
