Professor of Analytical Chemistry at Ain Shams University, is a leading expert in nanotechnology and nano-optical sensors for early cancer diagnosis (liver, kidney, colon, etc.) and environmental monitoring. As General Supervisor of Nanotechnology Projects, he pioneers luminescent nanomaterials and advanced sensing platforms, earning global recognition. A prolific author and editor, he has supervised 75 Master’s and 45 Ph.D. students, fostering innovation. His industry collaborations and patents bridge academia and real-world applications, cementing his legacy as a transformative figure in nanotechnology for healthcare and sustainability.
