Title: Private Universities in Egypt – Opportunities and Prospects.
Objective: The session aims to initiate a discussion on the topic of newly established private (non-profit) universities in Egypt. It will explore the opportunities and prospects these institutions present, particularly in delivering advanced educational services, introducing innovative academic programs aligned with labor market demands, and adopting modern teaching methodologies.
The session will include a presentation on the strategic vision of the Ministry of Higher Education regarding private and international universities, along with the legal framework governing these institutions. It will also delve into concepts of international partnerships and the prospects for global cooperation, highlighting the benefits such collaborations can bring to both the private university and its parent institution. The discussion will also cover proposed academic programs at Ain Shams University’s private and international branches.
