He previously served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Urban Development Cluster of GIZ Egypt, working with the Ministry of Housing and the Urban Development Fund on digitalization and urban development initiatives.

أستاذ التخطيط والتنمية العمرانية بكلية الهندسة جامعة عين شمس، يتمتع بخبرة تمتد 30 عامًا في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والبيئي وإدارة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية. عمل سابقًا مستشارًا أول للسياسات في مجموعة التنمية العمرانية بوكالة GIZ مصر، حيث تعاون مع وزارة الإسكان وصندوق التنمية العمرانية في ملفات الرقمنة والتنمية.
