Chairman of the Urban Coordination Authority, Ministry of Culture

Head of the National Organization for Urban Harmony (Ministry of Culture), Eng. Abu Seada has held senior roles at the Ministry of Culture including Director General of the Nubian Antiquities Rescue Fund and First Undersecretary. He supervised landmark projects such as the Grand Egyptian Museum, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, and the Egyptian Academy of Arts in Rome. He is also a member of the Supreme Council for Culture and the Supreme Committee for Heritage Preservation.

رئيس مجلس إدارة الجهاز القومي للتنسيق الحضاري بوزارة الثقافة، تقلد مواقع قيادية عدة بوزارة الثقافة منها مدير عام صندوق إنقاذ آثار النوبة ووكيل أول وزارة الثقافة. أشرف على مشروعات كبرى أبرزها المتحف المصري الكبير والمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية بالفسطاط والأكاديمية المصرية للفنون بروما. وهو عضو في المجلس الأعلى للثقافة واللجنة العليا لصون التراث.
