Dr. Dalia Yousef, MD, is an educator and eLearning leader with extensive experience of 10 years in digital education, academic development, and institutional transformation. She is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and serves as Director of the Central eLearning Unit.
She is an International Fellow of the FAIMER institute, reflecting her global engagement in advancing medical education and academic leadership.
Dr. Dalia has led transformative initiatives integrating technology into teaching and learning, enhancing engagement and accessibility for students and faculty. She has played a key role in advancing eLearning systems and implementing artificial intelligence applications in education, managing multiple projects aligned with institutional and international priorities.
Holding a diploma in Total Quality Management, she applies a strategic, quality-focused approach to innovation and project implementation.
Passionate about capacity building, as an international professional certified trainer she actively designs and delivers training programs that empower educators and learners with essential digital teaching and learning competencies within and beyond her institution.
Her work is driven by a commitment to advancing digital education and fostering sustainable, future-ready learning environments.
الدكتورة داليا يوسف، طبيبة، هي محاضِرة وقائدة في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني تمتلك خبرة واسعة تمتد لعشر سنوات في التعليم الرقمي، وتطوير المناهج الأكاديمية، والتحول المؤسسي. تعمل محاضِرة في كلية الطب بجامعة عين شمس، وتشغل منصب مديرة وحدة التعلم الإلكتروني المركزية.
هي زميلة دولية في معهد FAIMER، مما يعكس انخراطها العالمي في تعزيز التعليم الطبي والقيادة الأكاديمية.
