Mr. Zian Cao serves as the Chief of the International Institute of Online Education (IIOE) Management Centre at the International Centre for Higher Education Innovation under the auspices of UNESCO (UNESCO-ICHEI). With rich experience in programme coordination, he works to support the digital transformation of higher education institutions, while empowering higher education professionals and developing future-ready talent through industry-aligned training programmes. Prior to joining UNESCO-ICHEI, he worked at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, focusing on disability-inclusive development, gender equality, and other social development issues.

يشغل السيد زيان كاو منصب رئيس مركز إدارة المعهد الدولي للتعليم عبر الإنترنت (IIOE) التابع للمركز الدولي للابتكار في التعليم العالي تحت رعاية اليونسكو (UNESCO-ICHEI). ويتمتع بخبرة واسعة في تنسيق البرامج، ويعمل على دعم التحول الرقمي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي، مع تمكين المتخصصين في التعليم العالي وتطوير المواهب المستعدة للمستقبل من خلال برامج تدريبية متوافقة مع احتياجات القطاع. وقبل انضمامه إلى UNESCO-ICHEI، عمل في اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأمم المتحدة لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ، حيث ركز على التنمية الشاملة لذوي الإعاقة، والمساواة بين الجنسين، وقضايا التنمية الاجتماعية الأخرى.
