Professor of Hydraulics - Faculty of Engineering - Ain Shams University. She held many positions, including Deputy Director of the Quality Unit, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, Academic Coordinator of the Water Engineering and Hydraulic Installations Program, Ambassador of Excellence in the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, and Evaluation Officer for the Ain Shams University Excellence Award. Dr. Mona has extensive experience in the field of human development and quality education.

She is a reviewer with the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, an international certified trainer, and a human resources development consultant - the International Council of International Trainers. She is also a certified trainer at the Training and Development Center at Ain Shams University. She participated in establishing the Teacher Development and Support Center - Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, and has many contributions to student activities, including, for example, participating in establishing the “Evolution” entity, which aims to improve the quality of life of students at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. At the research level, she is a referee in many international journals and has published many research papers in the field of water and energy.

أستاذ هندسة الهيدروليكا – كلية الهندسة – جامعة عين شمس. شغلت العديد من المناصب، من بينها نائب مدير وحدة الجودة بكلية الهندسة – جامعة عين شمس، والمنسق الأكاديمي لبرنامج هندسة المياه والمنشآت الهيدروليكية، وسفيرة التميز بكلية الهندسة – جامعة عين شمس، ومسؤولة التقييم لجائزة التميز بجامعة عين شمس. تتمتع الدكتورة منى بخبرة واسعة في مجال التنمية البشرية وجودة التعليم.

وهي مراجع بالهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، ومدربة دولية معتمدة، ومستشارة لتنمية الموارد البشرية بالمجلس الدولي للمدربين الدوليين. كما أنها مدربة معتمدة بمركز التدريب والتطوير بجامعة عين شمس .وقد شاركت في تأسيس مركز تنمية ودعم أعضاء هيئة التدريس – كلية الهندسة – جامعة عين شمس، ولها العديد من الإسهامات في الأنشطة الطلابية، من بينها على سبيل المثال المشاركة في تأسيس كيان “Evolution”، الذي يهدف إلى تحسين جودة حياة الطلاب بكلية الهندسة – جامعة عين شمس، بما يتماشى مع رؤية مصر 2030. وعلى المستوى البحثي، تُعد محكِّمة في العديد من المجلات الدولية، وقد نشرت العديد من الأبحاث في مجال المياه والطاقة.
