Dr. Amal Khalifa is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Purdue University Fort Wayne and a CELT Teaching Fellow who supports faculty in integrating AI and high-impact pedagogical practices. With over two decades of academic and administrative experience across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, her research focuses on deep learning and high-performance computing, particularly in biomedical applications. She has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and is recognized for her student-centered, hands-on approach to teaching and mentorship.

د. أمل خليفة أستاذ مساعد في علوم الحاسب بجامعة بوردو فورت واين، وزميلة تدريس في مركز CELT حيث تدعم أعضاء هيئة التدريس في دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي والممارسات التربوية عالية الأثر. تمتد خبرتها الأكاديمية والإدارية لأكثر من عقدين في مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة، وتتمحور أبحاثها حول التعلم العميق والحوسبة عالية الأداء مع تطبيقات في المجال الطبي الحيوي. نشرت أكثر من خمسين ورقة بحثية محكّمة، وتُعرف بمنهجها التعليمي القائم على التعلم النشط والتمحور حول الطالب.
