Prof. Khaled Negm is an internationally recognized authority in information security, digital forensics, and digital governance, currently serving as a UNDP Digital Governance Global Expert and advisor to Egypt's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. He holds advanced degrees in physics and law, an MBA, and an academic chair in Information Security–Cryptology, and has contributed to legislation on digital crime and privacy law across multiple jurisdictions. An IBM Fellow and Master Inventor with 32 patents, he has held senior roles at IBM, Ain Shams University, Iowa State University, the IAEA, and NATO, and is a certified expert witness before courts in the EU and the United States.
