Executive Director, Ain Shams University Hospitals 

Prof. Dr. Tarek Youssef has served as Executive Director of Ain Shams University Hospitals since November 2022. He is a Professor of General Surgery specializing in colorectal surgery and laparoscopic techniques, holding an MBBCh (1999), MSc (2003), and MD (2008), alongside fellowships from UK Royal Colleges of Surgeons and an MSc in Minimally Invasive Surgery from Italy.

In February 2025, he was appointed Chair of the Inspection Committee for University Hospitals and Medical Facilities, tasked with evaluating service quality and standards across Egypt's university hospital network.

أ.د. طارق يوسف أستاذ الجراحة العامة المتخصص في جراحة القولون والمستقيم وجراحة المناظير، يشغل منصب المدير التنفيذي لمستشفيات جامعة عين شمس منذ نوفمبر 2022. يحمل درجات البكالوريوس (1999) والماجستير (2003) والدكتوراه (2008) في الجراحة، إلى جانب زمالات من كليات الجراحين البريطانية وماجستير في الجراحة محدودة التدخل من إيطاليا. عُيّن في فبراير 2025 رئيساً للجنة فحص المستشفيات الجامعية والمنشآت الطبية لتقييم جودة الخدمات والمعايير على المستوى الوطني.
