Professor Taymoor Mohamed Nazmy is a Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computers and Information, Ain Shams University, Cairo, since 2006. He obtained his PhD from Karlsruhe University, Germany, where he also served as Principal Researcher in a European Space Agency (ESA) project. He has held several leadership roles, including Vice Dean for Social and Environmental Affairs, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Director of the Ain Shams University Information Network. He also led a national project to develop a database of scientific theses across Egyptian universities. His research interests include Generative AI, pattern recognition, image processing, neural networks, and e-learning. He has published over 60 research papers, supervised numerous postgraduate theses, and served as Executive Chairman of ICICIS conferences.

الأستاذ الدكتور تيمور محمد نظمي هو أستاذ علوم الحاسب بكلية الحاسبات والمعلومات، جامعة عين شمس، منذ عام 2006. حصل على درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة كارلسروه بألمانيا، حيث عمل أيضًا كباحث رئيسي في مشروع تابع لوكالة الفضاء الأوروبية (ESA) .شغل عدة مناصب قيادية، منها وكيل الكلية لشؤون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، ووكيل الكلية لشؤون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، ومدير شبكة معلومات جامعة عين شمس، كما قاد مشروعًا قوميًا لإنشاء قاعدة بيانات للرسائل العلمية بالجامعات المصرية .تتركز اهتماماته البحثية في الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، والتعرف على الأنماط، ومعالجة الصور، والشبكات العصبية، والتعلم الإلكتروني. وقد نشر أكثر من 60 بحثًا علميًا، وأشرف على العديد من رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه، كما شغل منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤتمر ICICIS
