· Buses will depart from the points specified above to the conference venue at the specified time in the morning.
· On the first day, the departure time from the hotel to the faculties of the university is 5:30 PM.
· On the second day, the departure time from the hotel to the Faculties of the university is 4:30 PM.
· Please ensure adherence to the specified timings.
