Prof. Dr. Ramy Maher Ghaly serves as Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at Ain Shams University, one of Egypt's largest and most prestigious public universities. In this role, he oversees academic policy, student development, and strategic partnerships with national institutions aimed at aligning higher education with Egypt's development goals and Vision 2030.

He is a distinguished academic and clinician in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Science (B.D.S), a Master of Science (M.Sc), and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) in Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry.

He currently serves as a Professor at Ain Shams University, Egypt, where he plays a vital role in educating and mentoring future dental professionals. In addition, he serves as the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs at Ain Shams University, contributing significantly to the advancement of the educational system and the continuous enhancement of student services, while leveraging his extensive academic and professional expertise.

Dr. Ghali is widely recognized as a pioneer and leading authority in dental laser technology in Egypt. He is regarded as the founder of this field locally, having established more than ten dental laser centers across governmental and private universities. For over eight years, he has served as the Head of the Dental Laser Center at Ain Shams University, where he has supervised more than 80 Master’s theses and 40 PhD dissertations, reflecting his profound academic influence and commitment to scientific research.

His dedication to continuous professional development is demonstrated through his participation in more than 30 international and local courses, conferences, and workshops. His distinguished expertise has earned him recognition as an international speaker and a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for several global dental implant systems. He is also a recognized KOL in both implantology and laser dentistry, with numerous international publications contributing to the advancement of the field. His research and insights have been presented at leading international conferences, reinforcing his reputation as a global thought leader.

Beyond academia, Dr. Ghali has made substantial contributions to professional training and clinical education. He has conducted more than 20 advanced surgical and prosthodontic implant training programs worldwide, mentoring and guiding dental practitioners through comprehensive, hands-on educational experiences.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ghali is the Founder and Principal Operator of Dental Clinics Group, a network of specialized dental clinics across Cairo renowned for excellence in implantology and esthetic dentistry. Throughout his career, he has successfully placed and restored more than 10,000 dental implants, with particular expertise in immediate full-arch rehabilitation of edentulous patients, management of terminal dentition, and advanced hard and soft tissue regeneration techniques.

أستاذ دكتور يشغل منصب نائب رئيس جامعة عين شمس لشؤون التعليم والطلاب، إحدى أكبر وأعرق الجامعات الحكومية المصرية. ويُشرف على السياسات الأكاديمية، وتنمية الطلاب، والشراكات الاستراتيجية مع المؤسسات الوطنية بما يتوافق مع أهداف التنمية ورؤية مصر 2030

أحد الشخصيات الأكاديمية والسريرية البارزة في مجال التركيبات السنية للفم والوجه والفكين وزراعة الأسنان. حصل على درجة بكالوريوس طب وجراحة الفم والأسنان (B.D.S)، ودرجة الماجستير (M.Sc)، ودرجة دكتوراه جراحة الأسنان (D.D.S) في تخصص التركيبات السنية للفم والوجه والفكين وزراعة الأسنان.

يشغل حاليًا درجة أستاذ بكلية طب الأسنان – جامعة عين شمس، حيث يضطلع بدور محوري في تدريس وإعداد أجيال جديدة من أطباء الأسنان، كما يشغل منصب نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب بجامعة عين شمس، ويسهم من خلاله في تطوير المنظومة التعليمية والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب، مستندًا إلى خبراته الأكاديمية والمهنية الواسعة.

ويُعد الأستاذ الدكتور رامي ماهر غالي من الرواد في مجال تكنولوجيا الليزر في طب الأسنان على مستوى جمهورية مصر العربية، حيث يُنسب إليه تأسيس هذا المجال محليًا، من خلال إنشاء أكثر من عشرة مراكز لليزر في كليات ومعاهد حكومية وخاصة. وقد شغل لمدة تزيد على ثماني سنوات منصب رئيس مركز الليزر لطب الأسنان بجامعة عين شمس، حيث أشرف على أكثر من 80 رسالة ماجستير و40 رسالة دكتوراه، بما يعكس إسهاماته العلمية البارزة في دعم البحث العلمي.

كما تتجلى حرصه على التطوير المهني المستمر من خلال مشاركته الفعالة في أكثر من 30 دورة تدريبية ومؤتمر وورشة عمل على المستويين المحلي والدولي. وقد حظي بتقدير دولي واسع، حيث تم اختياره كـ متحدث دولي وخبير رأي رئيسي (KOL) لعدد من أنظمة زراعة الأسنان العالمية، كما يُعد من الخبراء المعتمدين في مجالي زراعة الأسنان وطب الأسنان بالليزر، وله العديد من الأبحاث والمنشورات العلمية الدولية، التي تم عرضها في مؤتمرات عالمية مرموقة، مما عزز مكانته كأحد القيادات الفكرية في هذا التخصص.

وعلى صعيد التعليم والتدريب، قدم سيادته إسهامات متميزة في تطوير الكوادر المهنية، حيث قام بتنفيذ أكثر من 20 برنامجًا تدريبيًا متقدمًا في مجال جراحات وزراعات الأسنان والتركيبات التعويضية في العديد من دول العالم، بما أسهم في نقل الخبرات وتعزيز المهارات الإكلينيكية للأطباء.

ويمتلك خبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 30 عامًا، ويُعد المؤسس والمدير التنفيذي لمجموعة عيادات، والتي تُعد من المراكز الرائدة في تقديم خدمات زراعة وتجميل الأسنان في القاهرة. وقد أجرى خلال مسيرته المهنية أكثر من 10000 عملية زراعة أسنان ناجحة، مع تخصص متميز في إعادة التأهيل الفوري للحالات عديمة الأسنان، وعلاج حالات التدهور الكامل للأسنان، إلى جانب تطبيق أحدث تقنيات تجديد الأنسجة الصلبة والرخوة.
