Mrs. Germine Haddad is a prominent figure in the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), having held the position of Assistant Representative and Deputy Representative of the Fund, as well as serving as Acting Representative of the Fund. She leads vital efforts to support women's issues, combat gender-based violence, and promote reproductive health within national development initiatives.

Key efforts and activities of Mrs. Germine Haddad:

• Women's Protection: She participated in the closing event of the workshop "The Operation System of the Unit for the Protection of Women and Girls from Violence" as part of the presidential initiative "A New Beginning to Build the Human Being."
• Medical Partnerships: She witnessed the inauguration of the medical response unit for dealing with abused women, according to Ain Shams University.
• Development Project Support: She participated in the closing events of Fund projects in cooperation with the National Council for Women, as reported by the Balad website.

• حماية المرأة: شاركت في فعالية كتام ورشة عمل نظام عمل الوحدة المجمعة لحماية المرأة والفتاة من العنف" ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية "بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان ."
• الشراكات الطبية: شهدت افتتاح وحدة الاستجابة الطبية للتعامل مع السيدات المعنفات، وفقاً لما ذكرته جامعة عين شمس
•  دعم مشاريع التنمية: شاركت في فعاليات ختام مشروعات الصندوق المشتركة مع المجلس القومي للمرأة، كما أشار موقع البلد
• التمثيل الدولي: التقت بوزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي ضمن وفود الأمم المتحدة، وفقاً لموقع وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي
• تتمتع بخبرة واسعة في العمل التنموي وتنسيق البرامج التي تستهدف تمكين الفتيات والنساء في مصر
