Assistant Minister of Interior for Human Rights.

The first woman to hold the position of Assistant Minister of the Interior in Egypt, Major General Manal Atef Fathallah Ibrahim was appointed by the Minister of the Interior, Mahmoud Tawfik, to the position of Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Human Rights Sector. She currently holds the rank of Major General and has progressed through several positions. She is distinguished and renowned for providing comprehensive psychological support to all victims of domestic violence.

•  In 2019, she received the distinction of Director of the Department for Combating Violence Against Women.
•  In 2021, she was appointed Deputy Assistant Minister for the Human Rights Sector, where her career has been marked by success.
•  In 2022, she was promoted to Director of the General Department for Human Rights, becoming the first woman to hold this high-ranking position, a historic achievement that adds to her record of accomplishments.

أول امرأة تولت منصب مساعد وزير الداخلية المصري ، حيث عين السيد وزير الداخلية / محمود توفيق - اللواء / منال عاطف فتح الله إبراهيم ، في منصب مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع حقوق الانسان.

• تتشغل الان رتبة لواء ، وقد تدرجت سيادتها في عدة مناصب كما تميزت واشتهرت بتقديمها للدعم النفسي الكامل لجميع من تعرض للعنف الأسري.
•  ۲۰۱۹ وحصلت على الامتياز كمديرة لمكافحة العنف ضد المرأة.
• ۲۰۲۱ عينت نائبا لمساعد الوزير القطاع حقوق الأنسان حيث تكللت مسيراتها
• عام ۲۰۲۲ تمت ترقيتها لتصبح مديرة الأدارة العامة لحقوق الأنسان لتكون أول امرأة تتسلم هذا المنصب الرفيع ويعتبر ذلك سابقة تاريخية تضاف الي سجل انجازاتها .
