Dr. Eman Mohamed Alsaieed Tolba is Deputy Director of the Assessment and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty of Women, Ain Shams University. Working in collaboration with the Unit Director, she supports the implementation of assessment and evaluation operations and offers a practical perspective on the challenges of implementing digital assessment systems and the mechanisms used to address them, in ways that strengthen operational efficiency and enhance the accuracy and fairness of assessment across the faculty.
