Ain Shams University Staff:

• Attendance of one day with a certificate equivalent to one promotion course: 600 EGP.

Postgraduate students at Ain Shams University

• Certificate Fees: 600 EGP for Egyptians – 30 USD for foreigners.
• The conference attendance certificate is considered one of the requirements for forming a thesis discussion and judgment committee.

Non-Ain Shams University Staff:

• 5,000 EGP for Egyptians – 100 USD for foreigners (Registration includes certificate and coffee breaks).

Non-Ain Shams University students:

• Enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate degrees: 2,500 EGP for Egyptian students – 50 USD for foreigners (Registration including certificate and coffee breaks).

Minimum attendance required to obtain a conference certificate is 75% of the total conference hours.
