يشغل منصب نائب وزير الصحة والسكان، ويُشرف على التدريب المهني والتطوير المستمر للكوادر الطبية. يدعو إلى دمج التقنيات الحديثة بما فيها الذكاء الاصطناعي في منظومة الرعاية الصحية، ويحرص على بناء شراكات متينة بين الوزارة والجامعات والمؤسسات الدولية لرفع مستوى الممارسة الطبية في مصر.
